Entity authorised to carry out insurance operations in different branches, and Pension Fund Manager, and in particular the “Pensions Caixa 30, Fondo de Pensiones” in which the “Plan de Pensiones de Empleo de CaixaBank S.A.” is integrated, and Protector-Promoter Member of voluntary social welfare entities. Registered in the administrative register of insurance entities of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds under number C-0611, and as a pension fund manager under number G-0021.


VidaCaixa Previsión Social, is a registered trademark of the Fundación Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona, “la Caixa”, number 2615062, class 36, the use of which is assigned to VidaCaixa S.A.U. de Seguros y Reaseguros. It designates the division of VidaCaixa specialising in the design and marketing of products and services related to corporate social welfare, and acts as sponsor of the “CaixaBank S.A. Employment Pension Plan” website, limiting its functions to providing the domain of said website and assuming its operating costs. The content of the website is the responsibility of the “CaixaBank S.A. Employment Pension Plan”, represented by its Control Committee.

These General Conditions of access and use regulate access to and use of the website of the “CaixaBank S.A. Employment Pension Plan” (hereinafter, the Pension Plan), and its purpose is to provide users with information relating to the Pension Plan.

Access to the website implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Access and Use, so please read them carefully before using the website. If you do not accept these conditions, please refrain from using the website and its content.

Likewise, the Pension Plan informs the users of this website that these General Conditions of access and use may be adapted or modified at any time without prior notification. Consequently, the user must read and accept these General Conditions of access and use each time he/she wishes to use the website.

Use of the Website

The user declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Conditions of access and use, and undertakes to make diligent use of the website, as well as the information contained therein, in full compliance with the applicable regulations.

Responsibility of the Plan for the information contained on the website

How the website works

The Pension Plan, represented by the Board of Trustees, makes its best efforts to keep the website in good working order, avoiding errors or, where appropriate, repairing them, and keeping the contents of the website duly updated. However, the Pension Plan does not guarantee the availability and continuity of access to the website or the non-existence of errors in its contents, nor does it guarantee that the latter will be updated in a timely manner. The user accepts the above and undertakes to exercise the utmost diligence and prudence when accessing and browsing the website.

Changes to website information

The Pension Plan Board of Trustees reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications, deletions or updates to the information contained on the website, its configuration or presentation.

Use of the information contained on the website

Both access to the website and the use that may be made of any information contained therein is the sole responsibility of the user. Consequently, the Pension Plan accepts no liability for any damages that may arise, directly or indirectly, from access to or use of the information contained on the website.

Likewise, the Pension Plan, represented by the Board of Trustees, declares that the free information provided to the user as a result of the specific consultations, simulations or budget calculations is merely indicative, and therefore assumes no liability whatsoever for any damages that may arise, directly or indirectly, from the use by the user of such information provided. In particular, it expressly states that such information does not constitute a technical opinion issued taking into account all the relevant data required.

In addition, it shall not be liable for any damage or harm to the user’s software or hardware resulting from access to the website.

User responsibility

The user is aware, and voluntarily accepts, that the use of the website takes place, in any case, under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

The user shall be liable for damages of any kind that the Pension Plan and its Control Committee may suffer as a result of the breach of any of the obligations to which he/she is subject by virtue of these General Conditions of access and use or of the applicable legislation in relation to the use of the website.

Hypertext links policy

The Pension Plan accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the connection or the contents of hypertext links to third party websites, nor does their existence imply that they endorse, promote, guarantee or recommend the linked websites.

Likewise, third parties intending to include a hypertext link to the website on a website must obtain the prior, express and written consent of the Pension Plan.

Privacy and commercial communications policy

In the event that while browsing, making enquiries, requests or simulations through the website, the user provides us with data that are considered to be personal data, the provisions of the Privacy and Commercial Communications Policy shall apply.

Use of cookies

The home page of the website has installed tracking applications (cookies) that allow our system to remember the language chosen by the user in their first session. This avoids language selection on subsequent visits to the website. These cookies are not invasive or harmful and the only function they perform is to inform the system of the language previously chosen by the user.   • All software used in the use and development of the website is the property of the Pension Plan or its software suppliers and is protected by industrial and intellectual property laws.
  • The trademarks, signs, distinctive signs or logos appearing on the website are the property of the Pension Plan, the Management Company or the Depositary of the same, and are duly registered or in the process of being registered. The names of other products, services and companies appearing in this document or on the website may be trademarks or other registered distinctive signs of their respective and legitimate owners.
  • All texts, graphic designs, videos or audio supports are the property of the Pension Plan or its content providers and may not be modified, copied, altered, reproduced, adapted or translated by the user or third parties without the express authorisation of the owners of said content.
  • Making available to users the databases, images, photographs, patents, utility and industrial models, drawings, graphics, text files, audio, video and software owned by the Pension Plan or its suppliers that appear on the website does not imply, under any circumstances, the transfer of ownership or the granting of a right of exploitation in favour of the user other than the use that involves the legitimate use and in accordance with the nature of the website.
  • Any use of the contents of the website that is made without the authorisation of the Pension Plan is strictly prohibited, including its exploitation, reproduction, dissemination, transformation, distribution, transmission by any means, subsequent publication, exhibition, public communication or total or partial representation, which, if they occur, will constitute infringements of the intellectual property rights of the Pension Plan, punishable by the legislation in force.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Access to and use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute that may arise between the Pension Plan and the users of the website shall be settled, with express waiver by the parties of their own jurisdiction, by the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).

PRIVACY POLICY AND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Personal data of the website user

In compliance with the provisions of Spanish data protection legislation and, in particular, article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we hereby inform you that the personal data that you provide us with by sending us e-mails, as well as the data that we access as a result of your browsing or queries made through the website, will be stored by the Pension Plan Control Committee or its Participant Office in a file under the responsibility of the Pension Plan Control Committee or its Participant Office, as well as the data to which we have access as a result of your browsing or queries made through the website, will be collected by the Pension Plan Control Committee or its Office of the Participant in a file for which the Pension Fund Custodian is responsible.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of said data at Paseo de Recoletos 37, 28004 Madrid (Spain), CIF A-58333261, under the terms established in the LOPD.

Failure to complete or partial completion of the personal data required of you may mean that your request for information cannot be dealt with. We would also ask you to inform us of any changes to your personal data so that the information contained in our files is always up to date and free of errors.

The purpose of collecting your data is to manage your communications.

Security measures

The Pension Plan informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment. All of the above, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of the LOPD and its implementing regulations.
